As reported here earlier, a tentative settlement with the liquor store for a looser punishment (10 day suspension including 9 Sundays starting in July) was rejected. A new, stiffer penalty will be negotiated over the next month. It had previously been reported that the liquor store had negotiated a reduced suspension from 30 days to 10 days, but that is now been rejected.
