This year marks the 35th annual MLBA Golf Outing at beautiful Dahlgreen Golf Club (4 miles west of Chaska on US Hwy 212). Held Wednesday, July 10th, 2024.
Thanks to all that made this year’s Golf Outing so successful!
First Place went to Kalli’s Place in Wright, MN with a 15 under par score! Second went to Chumly’s II (in Waconia) with the same 15 under but lost in a scorecard playoff. Chumly’s I was 14 under and beat Quinny’s Sports Bar (in Mahtomedi) in a scorecard playoff to take the third spot on the podium.

Last year’s 34th Annual MLBA Golf Outing was held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023
The day started out cool and cloudy but the skies turned blue just before the Noon shotgun start. The 144 golfers with over 40 sponsors including 17 on course beverage vendors had a perfect July day in Minnesota with temps in the upper 70 and just a light breeze.
The “Scramble” tournament winners were team Gray Duck Spirits with a 19 under par score! Team Chumly’s 1 and 2 tied for second with a score of 18 under. 4th Place went to Stick’s Tavern and 5th to Kalli’s Place.
Once again a big thanks goes out to Dahlgreen GC staff and all the volunteers from Zipp’s Liquor and Kalli’s Place. Tony and Mike could not pull off this event every year without the great help we get!

2022 MLBA Golf Outing
MLBA’s annual sold out Golf Outing at Dahlgreen Golf Club was held Wednesday, July 13, 2022.
An absolutely perfect summer day with low humidity and temps in the low 80’s greeted the 144 golfers and the record number of beverage and other vendors on the course. Above is a collage of just a few photos from the event.
Special thanks goes out to all the sponsors this year, especially Illinois Casualty Company for sponsoring lunch and dinner as well as the Hole-In-One Contest on #2. Thanks to Klinkhammer Financial for Hole-In-One sponsor on #14 and to Ace Ice for donating the ice as well as US Foods for the hot dogs and snacks on course.We can’t forget to thank all the staff at Dahlgreen for all their help again this year, we couldn’t pull off this great event without all their help!
