If you haven’t already, NOW is the time to tell your members of congress about lifting the upcoming federal ban on Low Potency THC Products!
There has been a lot of media recently on the federal ban on Low Potency Hemp Edibles (LPHE) come November 13th. MLBA has been deeply involved in trying to resolve this issue but we need your input. We have created very easy ways to contact your congress person in Washington D.C. We have a link for you the retailer as well as for your consumer and even the craft breweries that are making these products here in Minnesota.
We are hopeful that there may be an extension to allow the industry to continue as we have. If this does not happen, we are working overtime on educating you the retailer as to what your options are. It is not just the ban but banking, payment processing, 280E tax implications, supply chain issues and many others.
Contacting your congress person (using the MNSMART Voter Voice Link) is an extremely effective way to not only tell them your story but influence them to listen to their constituents! They need to hear from you.
Pass this along to your local brewers and your customer base that has grown to love this category.
