The MLBA put together an informal webinar this morning to walk members through the re-licensing process of those looking to continue to sell (or begin selling) low potency hemp derived THC drinks and edibles. This must be done before the 31st of October if you wish to continue to sell LPHE !!
The recorded webinar goes through the steps that relate to what to click on and what to fill in. Also, the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM), after some encouragement, has come up with a guide to apply for this needed license. As I have not gone through this newly administered guide, I am glad they recognized that license holders were struggling to just simply fill out the application and hopefully this will help you finalize the requirement.
