MLBA Press Statement on Today’s Removal of Capacity and Distance Limits on Bars & Restaurants

(5/28/21 – St. Paul, Minn.) – Today Minnesota’s capacity limitations for bars and restaurants, as well as all social distancing requirements, are eliminated per Governor Walz’s previous announcement. Minnesota Licensed Beverage Association Executive Director Tony Chesak issued the following statement:

“Today is long-awaited by Minnesota’s bars and restaurants who have been struggling through the past year due to COVID-19 restrictions. We’re thrilled to be fully open for business for Minnesotans to gather with friends and family.”
